The Handheld CAREvent CPAP is a single handpiece design that has all the adjustment controls in the palm of your hand. The pressure manometer is located on the mask connector, allowing the healthcare professional to focus on the patient at all times. The CPAP adjustment is conveniently located on the top of the unit for easy access and adjustment. The integrated gurny clip allows secure attachment to a stretcher for easy access and device security during transport. This CPAP unit is cost effective and can provide a significant reduction in "Cost per Use" over disposable constant flow devices.

Single Handpiece Design that houses all CPAP adjustments in a small, lightweight handpiece. It weighs under 13 oz.

Minimal Drive Gas Consumption increases overall operating time by the efficient use of precious gas to operate the system (55 minutes at 7.5 cmH2O of CPAP at 100% oxygen using a "D" cylinder).

Measuring only 5.5" x 2.5" x 2.9", the unit requires minimal space for storage and can be incorporated into existing resuscitation kits without having to transport a separate backpack or carrying case.

Integrated Demand Valve allows the spontaneously breathing patient suffering from respiratory distress to demand breathe at their own rate and volume up to 140 L/min peak flow rate.

360 Degree Patient Swivel Housing that conveniently allows CPAP management to be accomplished from any position or angle during emergencies. The inflated cuffed mask with its soft, conforming Neoprene Head Harness System clings to the patient's head and limits excessive sweating common to plastic or silicone straps.

Extendable Disposable Proppel Tubing extends from 12" to 36".
Integrated Gurney Clip located on the underside of the unit allows it to be clipped conveniently on the stretcher during patient transport.
